2. What is your shipping policy?
We offer super fast shipping. Our Standard shipping is between 2-4 days. Orders are shipped daily and all orders placed before 2pm will be shipped same day.
3. Do you offer a refund policy?
Yes, we offer a 30-days full refund policy across all Luxebright brands. Just send us an email with your order number and personal care products such as hair and skin products will receive a refund, no need to send back item.
4. How do I use multiple formulas in a regimen?
In general, water formulations should be applied before oil formulations and we recommend using a maximum of three serum formulations in a single regimen. We have developed a more comprehensive guide on choosing and using our formulations.
5. Do you test on animals?
We only work with suppliers who do not perform animal testing. Since that regulation came into force, it has pushed cosmetic raw material suppliers to replace animal testing with available alternatives to support the safety of their ingredients. Luxebright do not test on animals and do not ask others to do so. For this reason, none of our brands or products are sold in stores or conventional retailers in mainland China, since such sales require animal testing for registration purposes.

8.Are your products safe to use?
All Luxebright products undergo a thorough safety assessment before hitting the market. Each ingredient is reviewed against current scientific literature and strict global regulations to ensure they are safe and compliant for topical application. All items got through special disinfection process from packaging and utensils etc. We source only high ingredients from FDA regulated suppliers. Always follow the directions of use. If you have questions about any ingredient we use, please reach out to us via Contact and our lab will provide a response.
9. Are your products vegan?
All of our products are! We have a product legend for each product on our website that will indicate if it is vegan, nut-free, oil-free and a whole host of other information!
10. Can you tell me what products are suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women?
While each ingredient has been tested and is considered safe for topical application, LuxeBright products have not been tested on pregnant or breastfeeding women. However, all our products are organic and vegan. But to be safe, please consult your medical practitioner before use of any topical products.
11. How do I store your products?
We recommend storing all our products in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Products containing Resveratrol + Ferulic Acid should not be refrigerated. Refrigerating our products will not enhance their longevity.
12. What is the expiry date of your products?
The shelf life of our products is three years when unopened and stored at room temperature. This is the regulatory threshold for testing. Upon opening, please refer to the period-after-opening (PAO) symbol to identify the lifetime of the product.
13. Can you recommend products for my skin concerns?
